Fulbright Scholar Program

The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program offers approximately 470 teaching, research or combination teaching/research awards in over 125 countries. Opportunities are available for college and university faculty and administrators as well as for professionals, artists, journalists, scientists, lawyers, independent scholars and many others. In addition to several new program models designed to meet the changing needs of U.S. academics and professionals, Fulbright offers flexible awards including multi-country opportunities.
Fulbright Scholar Liaisons help university faculty apply for opportunities with the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program. The role of the Fulbright Scholar Liaison is to inspire faculty to participate in the Fulbright program; to raise the international profile of the university; to highlight Fulbrighters from the institution and to stay informed of Fulbright events and opportunities. The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program's 2024-2025 competition is open. U.S. citizens can apply to teach, research, and carry out professional projects abroad. 400 awards offered in 130 countries across the globe.
