Research Development Celebrates the Day of the Dead

Members of the Research Development Coordinating Council joined one of our own, Rita Cortez, the College of Humanities Research Development Specialist and Managing Director of the Chinese Flagship Center, in a “Dia de los Muertos” celebration.
